I have installed your date picker but it isn't working and no calender is popping up. What should I do?
Each shop is unique and runs with it's own theme and apps. We have tested the install in many shops and it works in about 90% of cases straight off the bat. However, if it's not working in your store than we can investigate and try to fix it for you.
This is a manual task carried out by our developers and there is a call-out charge of $50 plus a $50 fix fee if we are successful in being able to fix it.
So far we have been able to fix the calender in 100% of the cases when this product has been ordered so it is highly likely that we can help you too. But there is no guarantee and no-way of knowing until we investigate.
