Adding a cut-off time means that customers who order before the cut-off time are required to order x days in advance of delivery and the selectable delivery dates is offset accordingly. Customers who order after the cut-off time are required to order x+1 days in advance.
Example - If today is Monday and you want a lead time of 1 day and a cut-off time of 10am then customers who order before 10am on Monday can choose Tuesday as their delivery date, but for a customer ordering at 11am, the earliest delivery date would be Wednesday.
This is per cut-off time. So if you have a cut-off time of 3pm everyday then you just need one item.
If you're cut off time is 3pm Mon-Thu but 11am on Fridays then you will need to order 2 of these.
Work is usually carried out within 7 days. If you need it in a hurry you can use our 24hour service. Please add it to your basket too.
